Luna Serenity offers a range of services with the  intent of helping you to shift away from relying on  external validation. My goal is to help you  reconnect with yourself through yoga, sound  healing, sacred cacao, and energy healing.

Focus on the physical aspect of self discovery and connection through yoga and breathwork. It’s through these practices that you can begin to shift how you view and interact with the world on a physical level.

VIBRATIONAL
Sound healing touches on the vibrational aspect of self connection and rediscovery. I focus on walking with you as a guide as you connect to your  emotions through a range of audible vibrations that move energy throughout your body.

EMOTIONAL
I offer reiki and energy healing as a way to translate deep rooted emotions lingering within. It’s through energy healing that I am able to create a safe space for you to process the emotions as they begin to surface.

SPRING EQUINOX SOUNDBATH
Join Johanna for a 90 minute session to fully relax the body and mind with the healing tones of a sound bath. The beginning portion will focus on stretching and releasing the physical body to increase the energetic flow. Participants will unwind and soften areas of the body where tension is typically held. We will also do relaxing breath work. The sound bath will include soothing therapeutic tones from crystal alchemy singing bowls, Himalayan metal singing bowls, gong, chimes and more.

We'll meet twice a month virtually - at the New Moon and Full Moon. You'll be added to a digital sanctuary with meditations, journal prompts, community and more.
