A cacao ceremony is a sacred space to go deep within your heart. Through guided breath work and meditation, Johanna will take you on an inward journey to uncover what the body can reveal to you about stuck emotions, energy and patterns that play out in the mind and in your everyday interactions and relationships. During a cacao ceremony we create the sacred container where you can examine all of these things and gently release them from the body and your energetic field.
Cacao Ceremonies are usually about 90 minutes long and Johanna incorporates sound to help alchemize the subtle energetic transformations that happen when working with the power of ceremonial grade cacao and vibrational sound healing.
Cacao can be used for many different milestones and incorporated into your personal practice. Johanna offers Cacao Circles for private group gatherings to celebrate birthdays, bridal showers, full moon women's circles and much more.
