We'll begin our day with play - an invitation for participants to trust, relax, & explore their creativity with a bit of improvisation. In our women's circle, you'll be guided to set your intentions, explore what liberation feels like in your body mind and spirit through gentle yoga asana practice, ancestral healing, group akashic reading, sound healing and a ritual to seal in your practice to carry your intentions back out into the world.
