Luna Serenity offers a range of services with the intent of helping you to shift away from relying on external validation. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself through yoga, sound healing, and energy healing.
PHYSICAL
Focus on the physical aspect of self discovery and connection through yoga and breathwork. It’s through these practices that you can begin to shift how you view and interact with the world on a physical level.

Sound healing touches on the vibrational aspect of self connection and rediscovery. I focus on walking with you as a guide as you connect to your emotions through a range of audible vibrations that move energy throughout your body.
EMOTIONAL
I offer reiki and energy healing as a way to translate deep rooted emotions lingering within. It’s through energy healing that I am able to create a safe space for you to process the emotions as they begin to surface.
