Here, you can book personalized 60- or 90-minute private sessions designed to give you space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and receive the kind of support you need that day.

Sound Healing
A personalized sound experience using therapeutic instruments, vibration, intentional listening, and rest. Private sessions allow the experience to be shaped around you rather than following the rhythm of a group sound bath.

Reiki, Energy Healing
A gentle energy practice offering space for stillness, rest, reflection, and reconnection. Sessions are personalized to meet you exactly where you are.

Cacao Meditation
A private ceremonial experience combining cacao, guided meditation, intention, and spacious reflection. A beautiful option for marking a transition, reconnecting with yourself, or simply creating intentional time to go inward.

Private Yoga
A practice created specifically for your body, needs, experience level, and intentions. Sessions may incorporate gentle yoga, restorative practices, breath, meditation, or a more active practice depending on what you are seeking.
Private yoga is also available for couples, creating space to move, breathe, and connect together.

A private intuitive session that offers access to the energetic records of your soul’s journey. Through guided connection and intuitive insight, we explore patterns, questions, and themes that are present for you right now. Luna Sound Lounge is my private healing and practice space located within Pink Moon Collective in Bethesda.
I am proud to be part of the Pink Moon community, a collective of practitioners and offerings centered around supporting people through different seasons of life and well-being.
One-on-one Luna Serenity sessions take place inside the Luna Sound Lounge, giving us a quiet, intimate environment for personalized care.
From time to time, Luna Serenity also expands into Pink Moon's larger spaces for group sound baths, workshops, circles, and special gatherings.
