February gets marketed as roses, reservations, and grand gestures.
But the kind of love I’m interested in this month is quieter—and far more powerful:
The love that helps your body soften. The love that makes space for breath. The love that feels like safety.
Inside Luna Serenity, February is a return to nervous system love—the practice of choosing what regulates you, steadies you, and reminds you that you are worthy of tenderness (even on the days you don’t feel “lovable”).
