The Vibe Edit

February gets marketed as roses, reservations, and grand gestures. But the kind of love I’m interested in this month is quieter—and far more powerful: The love that helps your body soften. The love that makes space for breath. The love that feels like safety. Inside Luna Serenity, February is a return to nervous system love —the practice of choosing what regulates you, steadies you, and reminds you that you are worthy of tenderness (even on the days you don’t feel “lovable”).

So many voices have been whispering and shouting, “I believe in you.” Those words have become a bridge—carrying me from vision into reality, and inviting our community to cross the threshold with me.

I never imagined I’d guide a soundbath inside a mock-trial courtroom - but that’s where I found myself in New York City: bowls shimmering under fluorescent lights, breath traveling the room, advocates exhaling together. The retreat, Embracing Regulation and Connection , was created for staff serving immigrant youth and families at The Door’s Legal Services . The day balanced trauma education  with embodied practice —and I was invited to bring Luna Serenity’s blend of somatics

I found myself returning again and again to my daughters, to the world I want to help create for them—and for the generations that come after. A world where peace is not an afterthought but a practice. A world where our children are affirmed in their belonging. My vision is rooted in legacy: for my daughters, for my future grandchildren, and for the lineage I carry forward.

In a quiet village along the coast of El Salvador, something beautiful is unfolding. As part of our upcoming Joyful Awakening Retreat in Mizata this June, we’re partnering with a local school and Antiresort to build something that will outlast our time there: a library for the children of the community.
